|We are entering a period of huge change, a shift in consciousness where the world and the people in it re connect with their true values and beliefs. The ATL Europe has hand picked the current and upcoming greatest European Transformational leaders and invited them to join our organisation. At our events we come together to connect and collaborate for the world. Those involved will lead the movement, gain a formidable network and have fun with their peers along the way. Our weekends and events enable those involved to form deep bonds, explore mutual opportunities and collectively work on solving global issues.
ATL is open to high-functioning individuals of influence who have a history of facilitating transformation in theirs fields and can demonstrate they are working with over 10,000 people with their work. You will have been working in more than one country in Europe for at least the last five years.
ATL Europe- Transformational leadership enhances the motivation, morale and performance of followers through a variety of mechanisms. These include connecting the follower’s sense of identity and self to the mission and the collective identity of the organization; being a role model for followers that inspires them; challenging followers to take greater ownership for their work, and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of followers, so the leader can align followers with tasks that optimize their performance

ATL conferences feed your mind, expand your vision and the best thing is the people, it is like coming home to your own tribe.
I know what I feel, but am I eloquent enough to put into words how utterly awesome and compelling the inaugural ATL Europe event was. Being with the other leaders was nothing short of ‘coming-home’ for me. I had intended only to stay until the morning of the second day, because I had already organised to be some place else. But it became obvious that I was already in the right place, so I stayed Sunday too. The event was lead so well by Marie Diamond, and orchestrated by the the incredible Kitty Waters. The highlight, (which lasted the whole event)- was the connection, interaction, friendship and harmony with the other ATL Europe leaders. Thank you fellow leaders. Thank you ATL Europe.
