About Radka

Radka’s purpose is transforming society through a new model of leadership. Radka is the founder and leader of ATAIRU, an organization guiding its clients – individuals and organizations – on the journey of developing leaders and diverse talent, and during strategic transformational programs. Radka is also an author of leadership programs and programs specifically designed to develop women leaders. In the last years she worked with over 300 leaders in Central and Eastern Europe. As a member of NeuroLeadership Institute, she studies relationships between neuroscience and leadership.

Radka has held various positions in business in the UK and the US as well as in Italy when working with the United Nations World Food Programme. Most recently, as a McKinsey consultant, she worked with several Central European companies on their organizational transformation programs. In the Czech Republic, she led McKinsey’s work on diversity and its impact on culture and performance and spearheaded McKinsey’s pro bono study “Unlocking the Full Potential of Women in Czech Business”. In addition to this work, she co-authored “The Authentic and Integrated Female Leadership Model” as part of her MBA program at Harvard Business School.Radka lives in Prague with her husband and three children.
